Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (NEC4 ECC Accredited) – National Major Infrastructure Schemes

About the Role
We are seeking Project Managers / Senior Project Managers with extensive expertise in NEC4 Engineering and Construction Contract (ECC) to join as NEC4 Accredited Project Managers on high-value national infrastructure projects.

The successful candidate must demonstrate Competent to Specialist-level proficiency within the NEC Competency Framework (Version 1, 2022). Primary responsibilities include:
- Full administration of NEC4 ECC contracts, including:
- All statutory decisions, acceptances, assessments, notices, and certifications under contract
- Implementation of National Highways amendments
- Independent execution of NEC4 Project Manager functions without supervision, while:
- Mentoring and guiding less experienced colleagues
- Ensuring impartial decision-making to drive project objectives
- Delivering high-value, £200m+ infrastructure and strategic schemes with precision and efficiency.

Experience Requirements
- Ideal candidates will possess broad project management experience in:
- Infrastructure, transportation, or civil engineering
- NEC contract management (preferably 4th edition)
- Minimum of 8–10 years’ relevant experience, with expertise in strategic governance and contract administration.
