Project Manager (Digital & IT) | Sizewell C
Location
Based in London on a hybrid basis, with travel to Suffolk as required.
Contract & Compensation
- Permanent, full-time
- Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience, plus benefits.
- Annual Leave: 28 days (increasing to 30 days after 5 years), plus bank holidays.
- Bonus: 5% annual bonus
- Pension: Defined Contribution Pension Scheme with 7.5% employee contribution (15% employer contribution).

Sizewell C is entering an exciting phase of growth as we mature into an independent organisation and continue building one of the UK’s largest and most important energy projects.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team, responsible for the successful delivery of digital and IT systems that support the design, construction, and long-term operation of the Sizewell C power station.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading cross-functional digital and IT projects, spanning:
- Enterprise IT systems
- Engineering tools
- Construction technologies
- Data platforms
- Collaboration tools
- Ensuring projects are delivered:
- On time
- Within scope
- Aligned with project and business goals

About You
We’re looking for a Highly experienced Project Manager with:
- A strong track record of delivering IT and digital projects in large, complex organisations.
- Relevant experience in infrastructure, engineering, energy, or regulated sectors.
- A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM, or equivalent).
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Leadership and team motivation capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
