Project Manager - Digital Transformation

Location: London - Onsite 2/3 days a week
Visa Sponsorship: PERM
Salary: £38,000 - £46,000

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation initiatives across a global organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a delivery-focused professional who can successfully manage complex programmes, influence senior stakeholders, and drive strategic outcomes through both internal teams and external partners.

You will take end-to-end ownership of projects, ensuring successful delivery from concept and business case through to implementation, adoption, and benefits realisation. Working within a matrix environment, you will lead geographically dispersed teams and suppliers to deliver high-quality solutions that support organisational objectives.

What you will be doing

  • Lead the delivery of large, complex digital transformation projects and programmes.
  • Define project scope, objectives, governance structures, and delivery strategies.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Ensure successful delivery against agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business outcomes.
  • Balance scope, cost, quality, and timelines to maximise value and impact.

  • Proven experience delivering large, complex digital transformation projects.
  • Strong background in project and programme management within multinational or global organisations.
  • Experience managing project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
  • Demonstrated success managing third-party suppliers and vendor relationships.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including engagement with senior leadership teams.
  • Excellent governance, risk management, and assurance experience.
  • Experience leading matrix and geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
  • Experience with JIRA/Confluence.
