Project Manager
Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys delivering complex change across both digital applications and physical infrastructure? Do you want to work on high‑profile public sector programmes that really matter?
We are recruiting five Project Managers to join a large, established delivery team supporting secure, government‑facing programmes. You will be part of a collaborative programme environment where teams work closely together to deliver end‑to‑end outcomes across application transformation and infrastructure implementation.
Three roles will focus primarily on application deployment, while two roles will have a stronger emphasis on infrastructure delivery. All roles sit within the same programme and require adaptability and confidence working across different delivery models.
This role is London based, working in a hybrid way. You can expect monthly travel to client sites, alongside remote working, with flexibility built in to support work‑life balance.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects within large public sector programmes.
- Managing scope, schedule and budgets across projects typically ranging from £10k to £10m.
- Delivering application deployments or infrastructure‑led implementations, depending on role focus.
- Overseeing infrastructure rollouts where required, including hardware deployments such as PCs and telephony.
- Driving effective stakeholder engagement and clear communication at all levels.
- Producing and maintaining clear project reporting using MS Project and Excel.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
