Working Hours: 07:30 – 17:30 (47.5-hour week)

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Electrical Project Manager with a strong background in Independent Connections Provider (ICP) projects, HV/LV networks, and power infrastructure?

Our client is a well-established and rapidly expanding Groundworks, Civils, and Power specialist delivering critical infrastructure projects across the UK. Based from their Colchester office, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business with a genuine family feel, strong financial backing, and ambitious growth plans within the power sector.

The Role

As Electrical Project Manager, you will take ownership of the full project lifecycle, from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover. You will be responsible for managing multiple power infrastructure schemes across the UK, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
