London / Hybrid

£666.75 p/d Umbrella

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join HSBC's Employee Listening team and lead the delivery of one of the bank's highest-profile people initiatives – the annual all-employee Snapshot Survey.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a programme that reaches employees across the globe and attracts significant attention from senior leadership. You will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the 2026 survey, supporting activities from final preparation and launch through to results reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Essential Experience

  • Demonstrated project management experience delivering large, complex global programmes.
  • Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, dependencies, and fixed deadlines.
  • Experience working within HR, People, Employee Experience, Workforce Analytics, or related environments.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence, and escalate where required.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple functions and teams.
  • Proven ability to drive momentum and hold teams accountable for key milestones.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Comfortable operating in fast-paced environments with a high degree of complexity.
  • Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience delivering employee engagement surveys, listening programmes, or similar large-scale operational initiatives.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, markets, and languages.
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management tools.
  • Financial Services experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
