Engineering Project Manager – Bristol, Hybrid, Up to £63,000
We are working with a global engineering organisation that is looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to lead a portfolio of strategically important sustaining engineering projects. This is an exciting opportunity to manage complex, cross-functional programmes focused on product lifecycle management, obsolescence, cost reduction and continuous improvement, ensuring critical products remain available, compliant and commercially successful.

The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of home and office working based in Bristol.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience delivering complex engineering projects from initiation through to completion
- Strong project governance, planning, risk and stakeholder management skills
- Experience within sustaining engineering, product lifecycle or engineering change environments
- Background delivering cost reduction or value engineering initiatives
- PRINCE2, APM PMQ or equivalent Project Management qualification

Key responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of multiple complex sustaining engineering projects
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues and delivery plans
- Drive obsolescence, product lifecycle and cost reduction initiatives
- Build strong relationships with engineering and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and ways of working
