Project Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure & Construction

Project Manager - Enterprise Infrastructure & Workplace Technology

Client: Global Leader in Sports Entertainment

Location: London (Hybrid with regular on-site presence)

Contract Type: Fixed-Term Contract / Day Rate Contract

Duration: 6 months, with potential for extension

The Opportunity

Our client is delivering a new state-of-the-art headquarters in London and is seeking a Technology Project Manager to support the Global Enterprise Infrastructure team across the design, construction, and fit-out phases.

This role will work closely with:

  • Internal technology teams
  • Architects
  • Consultants
  • Contractors
  • Vendors

The role involves coordinating technology requirements and supporting the successful delivery of a landmark workplace programme. This is a delivery-focused role suited to someone with strong project coordination skills, stakeholder management, and an interest in enterprise infrastructure and workplace technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Enterprise Infrastructure team throughout the building design and construction programme
  • Attend project meetings with:
    • Architects
    • Consultants
    • Contractors
    • Internal stakeholders
  • Track actions, issues, risks, and dependencies, escalating where appropriate
  • Assist with coordination of multiple technology workstreams
  • Support programme reporting, dashboards, and status updates
  • Maintain:
    • Project documentation
    • Plans
    • Governance materials
  • Ensure technology requirements are captured and reviewed during design stages
  • Coordinate with technical SMEs to support:
    • Design reviews
    • Milestone delivery
  • Support:
    • Budget tracking
    • Scheduling
    • Project administration

Technology Exposure

This role does not require deep technical expertise but benefit from general awareness of the following:

  • Enterprise infrastructure and networking fundamentals
  • Structured cabling and building technologies
  • Workplace and collaboration technologies
  • Physical security and access control
  • Cloud and hybrid infrastructure basics

Experience Required

  • 3–5 years experience in:
    • Project coordination
    • PMO roles
    • Junior project management roles
  • Experience supporting:
    • Technology or infrastructure projects
  • Strong skills in:
    • Reporting
    • Organisation
    • Stakeholder coordination
  • Ability to:
    • Track actions, risks and deliverables in a structured way
  • Familiarity with:
    • Project management tools
    • Methodologies
  • Exposure to construction, office fit-out, relocation, or workplace technology programmes (desirable)
