About The Role
We’re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager to take full ownership of large-scale, high-impact projects. This hands-on, end-to-end role requires leading complex projects from concept to implementation while holding full accountability for outcomes and independently managing high-value budgets.
You Will Be
- Leading the full project lifecycle:
- Managing initial concept and business case development
- Guiding final implementation and benefits realisation
- Applying structured methodologies:
- Embedding strong technical project management frameworks
- Maintaining best-in-class documentation on budgets, schedules, and risks
- Driving project execution:
- Managing scope, quality, and resources effectively
- Proactively mitigating complex dependencies
- Managing stakeholders:
- Building collaborative partnerships with senior internal/external stakeholders
- Providing clear, data-driven progress updates

About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- Proven track record in delivering complex, large-scale transformation projects from inception to completion as a Project Manager
- Experience in independently managing and forecasting high-value project budgets
- Strong understanding and practical awareness of structured methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, APM, or PMI qualifications highly desirable)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to navigate competing priorities
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset enabling effective performance in fast-paced environments
