Job Description

As Project Manager for Events & Branded Content, you will champion multiple 360 projects from pre-sale through to completion, delivering experiential and branded content campaigns that consistently hit agreed KPIs. You'll be the driving force behind successful project delivery, balancing production budgets and timelines whilst maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal teams.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, juggling production budgets and timelines to ensure experiential and branded content campaigns deliver against agreed KPIs
  • Build and maintain brilliant client and agency relationships through genuine communication, providing regular project updates and proactively managing expectations
  • Analyse project progress and identify potential delivery risks early, adapting timelines and costs as needed to ensure successful campaign delivery within established processes
  • Orchestrate internal and external resources effectively, collaborating with creative, design, and events teams to bring ideas to life whilst keeping projects on track and on budget
  • Develop and nurture a strong network of external partners, including photographers, experiential suppliers, and production studios, to support campaign delivery and innovation

Qualifications

We're seeking a Project Manager with extensive experience managing branded content and events campaigns, ideally with a media owner background. You should demonstrate strong capability in complex project delivery, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Your core competencies include:

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong budgeting expertise and commercial acumen, ideally within the publishing sector or equivalent industry experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining quality and meeting KPI targets
  • Outstanding client servicing and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as required
  • Strong time management and project risk identification capabilities

You should demonstrate a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders, and have a track record of building and maintaining professional relationships with external partners including photographers, experiential suppliers, and production studios. You're results-focused and committed to delivering campaigns that meet client objectives.
