We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading commercial fit out and workplace specialist, renowned for delivering high-quality office refurbishments and Cat A/Cat B fit out projects across the UK.
The business has an excellent reputation for transforming commercial spaces into modern, innovative working environments, delivering projects from concept through to completion. Working across corporate offices, commercial workplaces, and premium interior environments, they are known for exceptional project delivery, strong client relationships, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of a prestigious high-end office fit out in Bristol on a fast-paced programme.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of the project from site mobilisation through to practical completion. You will manage all operational aspects of the scheme, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Working closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and the wider project team, you will coordinate all trades, monitor programme performance, manage project documentation, and ensure a smooth handover at completion.
The project involves the delivery of a high-specification commercial office fit out, requiring exceptional attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and previous experience managing premium interior projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a high-end commercial fit out project.
- Coordinate all subcontractors, suppliers, labour, and site logistics.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
- Monitor programme performance and proactively manage project milestones.
- Chair site meetings and provide regular progress updates to clients and senior management.
- Manage site documentation including RAMS, permits, quality records, and progress reports.
- Oversee quality inspections, snagging, commissioning, and handover.
- Maintain excellent client relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and company procedures.
- Drive programme performance while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Project Manager delivering commercial fit out projects.
- Strong background in high-end Cat A and Cat B office fit outs.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work packages simultaneously.
- Experience working within live commercial environments would be advantageous.
- A proactive, client-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
