Project Manager - Cladding, Brickwork & Render Works
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of Cladding, Brickwork & Render works on-site in London. You will ensure all installation activities meet project plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent coordination of subcontractors, proactive quality assurance, and effective programme management to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role requires hands-on and managerial facade experience and a good understanding of the golden thread.

Responsibilities
As Project Manager, you will manage all on-site activities related to external envelope works, ensuring safe, high-quality delivery in line with project plans. You’ll coordinate KDD managers, subcontractors, oversee installations, and maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards. Your role includes:
- Monitoring workmanship
- Conducting inspections
- Tracking progress against programme milestones
- Resolving site issues swiftly
- Handling material logistics
- Maintaining accurate records
- Ensuring clear communication with the Contracts Manager and wider team to keep projects on schedule and within budget

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience managing cladding packages on-site
- Good knowledge of render systems highly preferable
- NVQ Level 6 in Site Management or an equivalent degree
- Site management qualifications such as SMSTS, CSCS card, and First Aid certification
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations, including CDM requirements
- Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors, maintain quality standards, and deliver projects on time and within budget
