Project Manager β Fashion Garment Development & Client Accounts
Part-Time | Hybrid | 20β30 Hours per Week π Nottingham | Minimum one day per week in the office
Bridge & Stitch is a UK clothing development and production consultancy helping brands bring responsibly made products to market. We work with start-ups, growing brands and established businesses, managing the entire process from design development through to production. Projects range across menswear, womenswear, childrenswear, babywear, casualwear, sportswear, technicalwear, formalwear, streetwear and reusable products for mid- to high-end markets.
We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to take ownership of client accounts and lead projects across our full-service offering.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion product development who enjoys working directly with clients, solving problems, managing multiple projects and turning ideas into commercially viable products.
The position is hybrid and flexible, making it suitable for parents or professionals seeking meaningful work alongside other commitments.
The Role
You will be the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, guiding them through every stage of the development and production journey.
Many of our clients are entering the clothing industry for the first time, so you'll need the confidence to advise, educate and support them while managing expectations, budgets and timelines.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
