Project Manager – Features Team (London)

GES are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to join their Features Team, based in London.
Role Purpose
You will support the Features team, liaising with the Graphics team and project managing (at senior level) for exhibition organisers, overseeing feature areas from brief to execution across various formats, including system builds and traditional construction with associated graphics systems.

What You Will Do
You’ll be responsible for driving the following key tasks:
Project & Client Coordination
- Accept feature briefs from account management teams (and directly from clients when appropriate).
- Use dedicated project management software to create quotations.
- Ensure all deadlines are met for:
- Briefing the creative team.
- Preparing quotations.
- Producing work orders.

Execution & Operations
- Manage feature requirements via project management software, generating work orders.
- Maintain up-to-date, server-accessible communications for all stakeholder updates.
- Keep deadline/schedule updates in sync with the Graphics Project Manager and Production Department.
- Oversee external supplier appointments and management as needed.
Process & Compliance
- Ensure files are backed up correctly and archived following departmental procedures in the correct format.
- Be highly proficient in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

- Actively contribute to continuous improvement, sharing suggestions and opportunities with your line manager.
- Embrace the company’s core values.
- Participate in sustainability initiatives (reuse, recycle, replenish).
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, corporate, client, and legislative standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility for ad-hoc tasks, tasks across different locations, or requiring varied skills.

Professional Growth & Rep
- Represent GES professionally internally and externally.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll develop and maintain strong working relationships, both internally (with GES teams/departments) and externally (with suppliers/exhibitors/organisers) to foster collaboration and business growth.
