Senior Project Manager for Features Team
Exhibition and Events Industry | London, UK
About the Role
Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have experience within the exhibition and events industry?
GES is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Project Manager to join our Features Team based in London.
Role Purpose
You will project manage (at senior level) feature areas for exhibition organisers, overseeing execution from brief to delivery across various formats—including system builds and traditional construction—collaborating closely with the Graphics Team.

Collaboration and communication are at the heart of everything we do.
What You Will Do
You will be responsible for:
- Accepting feature briefs from the Account Management Team and directly from clients (when required).
- Creating quotations using dedicated project management software.
- Ensuring all deadlines are met for:
- Creative briefing,
- Quotation preparation, and
- Work order production.
- Processing feature requirements via software to generate work orders.
- Maintaining up-to-date communications on the shared server.
- Keeping strong alignment with:
- Graphics Project Managers, and
- The Production Team (updating on deadline/schedule changes).
- Appointing and managing external suppliers when needed.
- Ensuring files are properly backed up and archived in line with departmental procedures.
- Being highly proficient in:
- Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Actively driving continuous improvement, sharing suggestions with your line manager.
- Demonstrating commitment to GES’ core values:
- Sustainability (reuse, recycle, replenish).
- Compliance with health & safety, corporate, client, and legislative standards.
- Showing flexibility to work with multiple skills, tasks, and locations as needed.
- Representing the company professionally while staying up to date with industry trends.
- Performing additional duties as assigned.

Salary
