📍 North Bristol, South Gloucestershire
About the Development
This is a 150-unit ‘new build’ housing development, consisting of a mix of houses and 4 blocks of apartments, with an additional 2.5 years’ projected timeline ahead for completion.

Salary & Working Arrangements

Project Manager – About the Role
The role involves managing a brand-new 150-unit ‘new build’ residential development, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, budget adherence, and compliance with the construction programme.
Project Manager – Your Future at [Company Name]
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record in delivering new build housing projects for either a national PLC developer or a regional contractor/developer.
- Significant experience managing projects above 100 units in size.
- A demonstrable background in residential house building project management.
- Professional Project Management qualifications with appropriate industry recognition.
- Ability to lead diverse multidisciplinary teams and interface effectively with clients.
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- High-level technical and practical knowledge with the ability to address complex design/construction issues.
- Must hold:
- First Aid Certification
- SMSTS Qualification
