Interim Project Manager - Finance Transformation | Competitive Daily rate | Outside IR35
We're supporting a private equity-backed organisation embarking on a major finance transformation programme and are looking for an experienced Interim Finance Transformation Project Manager to lead a portfolio of high-profile change initiatives.
This is not an ERP implementation role. Instead, you'll lead the business change required to transform the finance function, working alongside a wider systems programme to deliver new operating models, standardised processes and successful organisational adoption.
You'll be responsible for:
- Leading multiple finance transformation workstreams
- Driving finance operating model and process change
- Supporting finance centralisation and standardisation initiatives
- Delivering organisational change, communications, training and business readiness
- Managing senior stakeholders across Finance and the wider business
- Providing confident updates and recommendations to Executive and Board-level stakeholders
- Delivering transformation across an international, multi-entity organisation

We're looking for someone with:
- Proven experience as a PM delivering complex finance transformation programmes
- A strong track record of leading organisational change within finance functions
- Experience of finance operating model transformation, shared services or finance centralisation
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with credibility at Executive and Board level
- Strong commercial and financial awareness
- Experience working alongside ERP programmes is advantageous, but this is not a systems delivery role
