Miryco are working with a leading financial services organisation to recruit an experienced Project Manager to join a high-performing implementation team. We are seeking a high-calibre Project Manager to hit the ground running in a lean, high-impact strategy team, reporting into the Head of Strategy and working closely with the CFO and CEO. The role offers broad exposure across corporate strategy, M&A, capital raising, investor relations and strategic business initiatives.

The Role
As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering complex projects while supporting the wider project portfolio through effective PMO governance and controls.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the delivery of complex and varied business change projects.
- Supporting PMO activities including planning, governance, reporting, prioritisation, resource management, financial tracking, and project documentation.
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to successfully deliver change.
- Working closely with clients, external partners, third-party providers, and internal teams to ensure projects remain on track.
- Identifying project risks, issues, and opportunities, implementing interventions where required.
- Driving consistency in project governance, reporting, and delivery frameworks.
- Championing best practice project management methodologies and continuous improvement through technology and innovation.
- Supporting the successful delivery of a growing portfolio of strategic initiatives.

About You
We're looking for a proactive and confident Project Manager with experience delivering projects in complex, fast-moving environments.
You'll ideally have:
- 6+ years proven experience managing complex projects or portfolios.
- Experience identifying and recovering projects facing delivery challenges.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- The confidence to work in environments where priorities can evolve quickly.
- Strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Experience using project management tools, with JIRA experience highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Agile and other project delivery methodologies.
- A degree or relevant professional project management qualification.
- Experience within financial services, pensions, insurance, or risk management is advantageous but not essential.
