Area to be covered: National
Office Based: Birmingham (At least once per week)
Remuneration: £60,000 - £80,000neg

Role Description
The role of the Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems will involve:
- Project Manager position overseeing a high-quality range of fire rated sprinkler systems for commercial and residential projects
- Managing projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
- Carrying out regular site visits across the UK, monitoring progress, resolving issues and providing updates on programme, budgets and resources.
- National travel may be required, visiting project sites to oversee progress, attend meetings and support delivery.
- Managing material procurement and coordinating deliveries to ensure projects run efficiently and without delay.
- Liaising with clients, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure projects are delivered in line with specifications and programme.
- Managing and coordinating subcontractors and site teams, ensuring work is completed to the required quality, health & safety and company standards.
- Responsible for projects ranging from £1k - £1m

Requirements
The ideal applicant will be a Project Manager – Fire Sprinkler Systems with:
- Must have experience dealing with sprinkler systems
- Must have Project Management experience
- Will have understanding of ISO9001 & related regulations
- Excellent communication skills across all levels both written and verbal
- Must be a hard worker that’s ready to get stuck in
- High levels of organisation
- Confident individual that can deal with any problems that occur on site
- Computer Literate (Microsoft Office)
