About The Role
Do you have experience delivering fit out projects and want to work client side?
Then this might sound familiar. A tenant is ready to move forward, with clear requirements for their lab space and a tight timeline. You take ownership and start with the basics: what is actually needed and what does this mean for the building, the budget, and the programme?
What is being asked needs to be translated into something that can be delivered within the base building. That is where you add value. You turn requirements into a solution that works, not just on paper but in reality.
You stay in control of the overall process. You select and appoint the right contractors and consultants, align everyone involved and make sure decisions are taken when needed. At the same time, you keep a close eye on quality, programme, and cost.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
