Project Manager - FMCG

Project Manager – Strategy & Transformation | FMCG | 12-Month FTC

📍Location & Compensation

  • Format: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office)
  • Salary: ÂŁ90,000 – ÂŁ98,000

About the Role

Ready to drive strategic transformation in one of the world’s leading FMCG businesses?

We’re seeking an exceptional Project Manager to join a high-profile Strategy & Transformation team, supporting the delivery of a major UK business strategy. This isn’t a traditional PMO role—you’ll need someone with a consulting or transformation background who can:

  • Think strategically
  • Bring clarity to complexity
  • Influence senior leaders
  • Deliver at pace

The ideal candidate excels in both commercial leadership and operational execution, whether building Excel models or shaping Executive decisions.

Responsibilities

As the Project Manager, your core duties will include:

  • Lead PMO governance across key strategic programmes, ensuring delivery stays aligned to business priorities, on track, and on time.
  • Partner with Executives and Senior Leadership to produce governance packs, steering materials, and decision papers.
  • Build and maintain project plans, RAID logs, action trackers, dashboards, and commercially robust Excel models.
  • Translate complex data and stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable insights for decision-making.
  • Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, driving pragmatic solutions to keep delivery on track.
  • Build trusted cross-functional relationships, aligning teams toward shared goals.
  • Own strategic initiatives from inception to execution, rolling up sleeves as needed.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
