Creative Project Manager – Packaging, Artwork & Localisation
South London | Hybrid / Remote | Circa £40k DOE + Excellent Benefits
Are you an experienced Project Manager with a background in localisation, translation, transcreation, creative production, brand management or FMCG packaging looking for your next challenge?
The Company
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly respected London-based packaging agency that is expanding its global client portfolio. We are looking for a talented Project Manager to take ownership of complex international projects, managing everything from initial brief through to final delivery. You will become a key client contact for a major European retail account, working closely with international stakeholders, creative teams, artwork specialists and production partners to deliver accurate, high-quality projects across multiple markets.
This role would suit someone who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment and has experience managing detailed projects where accuracy, organisation, stakeholder management and attention to detail are critical.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing multiple creative projects from brief through to completion, ensuring every project is delivered accurately, on time and to the highest standard.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex FMCG packaging, artwork and creative projects across multiple markets.
- Coordinating packaging adaptations, artwork implementation and localisation workflows.
- Acting as the main point of contact for international clients.
- Managing project timelines, budgets, approvals and delivery schedules.
- Working closely with creative teams, artworkers, production partners and quality control teams.
- Managing multiple stakeholders and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supporting packaging reviews, market audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensuring accuracy, consistency and compliance across high-volume SKU projects.
About You
We are looking for someone who combines excellent project management skills with strong client-facing experience.
You will ideally have experience within one of the following environments:
- FMCG packaging agency
- Packaging design or artwork production
- Creative agency environment
- Translation and localisation agency
- Transcreation / multilingual project management
- Creative production or print environment
- Brand management / brand implementation

You will have:
- Proven experience managing complex projects from brief through to delivery.
- Excellent organisational skills with outstanding attention to detail.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
- Confidence working with creative teams, suppliers and international stakeholders.
- A proactive approach with the ability to identify issues and find solutions.
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage priorities effectively.
Languages: Fluent English is essential. German/Dutch/French/ an advantage but not essential.
