Job Description

Project Manager (Front Office – Portfolio - Web/Digital/Sales Enablement)

Contract: 6 months initial term

MUST haves

  • Experience with requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
  • Delivery of web/digital platform implementations.
  • Experience managing SAP S/4HANA integrations.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a key Sales Enablement and Front Office Transformation project that is currently in the requirements gathering phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of a Sales Enablement programme within the Front Office portfolio.
  • Drive requirements gathering with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Manage project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies, governance, and reporting.
  • Deliver web and digital sales platform implementations.
  • Manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems.
  • Align product and technology platforms to support new pricing models and commercial capabilities.
  • Support the introduction of AI-enabled solutions to improve sales and customer outcomes.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party suppliers to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.

  • Proven Project Management experience delivering business and technology change.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and workshop facilitation.
  • Delivery of web/digital platform implementations.
  • Experience managing SAP S/4HANA integrations.
  • Sales Enablement, CRM, commercial transformation, pricing, or customer-facing platform experience.
  • Strong governance, financial, risk, and PMO management expertise.
  • Experience working with AI-driven initiatives or emerging AI capabilities is highly desirable.
