We are partnering with an ambitious social impact organisation to recruit two Associate Directors to join their senior leadership team within the Digital practice.

These pivotal roles are designed for strategic leaders who excel at the intersection of complex programme delivery, digital product management, and multi-stakeholder coalition building. Operating across major public sector initiatives, successful candidates will lead large-scale transformation portfolios, scale digital platforms nationally, and shape strategic partnerships that drive systemic social change across the UK.

Whether your expertise lies in scaling digital platform delivery models or navigating complex political, technical, and commercial ecosystems, these roles offer a platform to lead high-profile initiatives that improve outcomes for communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio & Programme Leadership: Oversee large-scale, long-term digital and data transformation programmes, balancing complex technical, commercial, and policy workstreams across multi-sector partners.
  • Platform Scaling & Product Strategy: Lead strategic efforts to take core digital platforms and data sharing infrastructures from proven models to widespread national implementation.
  • Coalition Building & Senior Stakeholder Management: Build trusted relationships across central government, local authorities, healthcare bodies, and philanthropic partners, exercising influence in matrixed environments where progress relies on consensus.
  • Team Development & Practice Growth: Mentor and empower multidisciplinary delivery teams, fostering an inclusive culture while supporting business development and strategic practice growth.

What We're Looking For

  • Complex Programme Leadership: Proven track record leading large, long-running digital or data initiatives, with demonstrable success influencing diverse external stakeholders.
  • Systems Transformation Mindset: Experience in environment where success requires navigating complex political, technical, and operational dynamics across public or social sector ecosystems.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Ability to act as a senior generalist who can rapidly grasp complex technical domains, communicate effectively with non-specialists, and align diverse teams around a shared vision.
  • Strategic Growth & Delivery: Familiarity with modern product delivery methods, agile frameworks, or human-centred design, alongside experience building client relationships and proposal development.
