Project Manager - Global Fundraising | 6 Month Contract
Project Manager, Global Fundraising – Movember
Men and boys are losing their lives too young, but Movember wants to change that.
Since inception in 2003 as just an idea over drinks at a bar, we’ve grown into the global leader in men’s health—raising over $1 billion for prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health, and suicide prevention. We fund 1,320+ projects worldwide and have directly shaped government policies to improve men’s health.
Now, we’re scaling rapidly: your mission is critical.
Your Mo-Mission
This six-month, full-time fixed-term contract role is the connective tissue that powers Movember’s ambitious five-year strategy. Based in London (reporting directly to the Global Director of Fundraising), your cross-market work ensures Movember’s global ambition delivers real impact across six key markets—everywhere from crowdfunding leads in Finland to behaviour change programs in Australia.
What You’ll Do
- Design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan, collaborating closely with:
- Global Director of Mass Fundraising
- Global Director of Markets
- Interim CEO
- Campaign Steering Committee
- Lead multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring projects stay on time, on scope, and executing flawlessly.
- Translate global strategy into actionable tools for local teams:
- Create clear project briefs and practical toolkits
- Develop implementation guidance for fundraising launches
- Partner with local teams to address pain points and accelerate progress
- Bring order to complexity: juggle timelines, risk assessment, and KPI tracking across markets and time zones
- Lead the Global Campaign squad, including mid-year retrospectives to fuel continuous improvement
- Embed best-practice methodologies that scale worldwide, ensuring every local team has the resources to succeed
- Support the Interim CEO in delivering the One Mo Plan, a global blueprint for men’s health impact
Days when collaboration bumps into reality? You’ll be juggling cross-functional timelines (e.g., London to Sydney), facilitating steering committee meetings at 9 am to 6 am, catching risks before they escalate—and keeping intact the unity between global vision and local execution.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

✅ Early Fridays (nine months/year) – Enjoy more time with friends, family, or polishing your mustache for Movember. ✅ Office energy – Is there a Knife fight mentioned in emails? Come dragging. A private ventilated champagne madness for onboarding? We’ll ding our office gong. ✅ Hybrid flexibility – Work from your flat, a studi°ino, or your favourite treehouse. ✅ Celebrations – Elsewhere the crunch team might just finish pizza. Here, we load up on beef pie and local ales or race dunny-bound on a twister wheelchair for charity.
Our dynamic changes rapidly (and sometimes chaotically with live TV stunts), but it’s critical constancy: every one of us feels heard. One CEO onboarding process evolved from our team’s sticky-note-note wall-to-design retrospective power-through to having now shaped what’s also popular in accessible toilet designs.
