Project Manager - Global Fundraising | 6 Month Contract

Project Manager, Global Fundraising – Movember

Focused on Fundraising, with a Purpose for Men’s Health

Men are dying too young—and it doesn’t have to be that way. At Movember, we’re on a mission to change the face of men’s health by making it easier for men to talk, act, and live longer, healthier lives.

Every project, campaign, and initiative we undertake adds up to real change. You’ll be part of a purpose-driven crew that believes meaningful impact should go hand in hand with fun. Your call to action awaits:

DO GOOD. Work for Movember.

About This Role

Your Mo-Mission is clear: You’ll be the connective tissue for Movember’s ambitious five-year strategy, ensuring complex, multi-workstream fundraising initiatives are delivered on time, on scope, and across all markets. Reporting directly to the Global Director of Fundraising, this six-month fixed-term contract—based in London—is your opportunity to bridge global strategy with local execution while driving the iconic fundraising campaigns millions rely upon.

You’ll:

  • Work alongside the Global Director of Mass Fundraising, Global Director of Markets, Interim CEO, and Campaign Steering Committee to design and deliver the annual Global Campaign Plan.
  • Manage the cross-functional Campaign squad, shaping fundraising initiatives that local teams across six markets worldwide can bring to life.
  • Develop clear briefs, practical toolkits, and implementation guidelines that smash global ambition into local, actionable plans.
  • Collaborate closely with local market leaders to guarantee teams are set up for success.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, track KPIs across markets, and support the One Mo Plan—Movember’s overarching strategy.
  • Embed and scale best-practice project management methodologies, while running retrospectives to make future campaigns smarter.
  • Contribute to global stakeholder alignment while balancing consistency with market-specific flexibility.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

🌟 Good Vibe

We believe in living well, even at work. Fridays end early for 9 months of the year, leaving weekends for those who love them. But our office never lacks energy.

You might spend a casual Friday or a Starbucks morning before the weekend. Or—especially during Moustache Month—you could celebrate a milestone with gong rings, celebrity visits, and live stunts. If celebrations are your thing, bring it on. Hybrid working means you work where—and how—you feel most productive.
