National Security Gloucester Overview
The National Security business in Gloucester is growing and there are an increasing number of opportunities to work with a range of National Security clients to provide solutions that have a real impact.

Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team following continuous growth and success in the UK Government sector.
What You Could Be Doing For Us
- Developing and managing teams, including managing their delivery and performance and providing appraisal and support to their development
- Preparing and maintaining schedules for project activities and events, taking account of dependencies and resource requirements, showing the critical path, reporting and tracking milestones, resource levelling, baselining and tracking reporting, contingency and risk adequately covered in the plan
- Identifying, addressing and resolving differences between individuals and/or interest groups
- Maintaining definitions of the requirements of projects
- Developing and agreeing budgets for projects and controlling forecast and actual costs against them including production of financial reports
- Managing both internal and external stakeholders, taking account of their levels of influence and particular interests

What background are we looking for?
- Excellent stakeholder management experience is essential having interacted with various levels of stakeholder, internal and external in your previous role
- You will need to be a motivated individual who is willing to help out the wider business unit wherever possible
- Be an engaging person, with all the different projects teams in the Gloucester office this is essential as you will be the focal point for organising and running different teams
- Have lead small projects in a previous role and are up to date with various forecasting methodologies
- Able to juggle different tasks and projects well alongside one another
