Go To Market Project Manager – Category Management
About Ooni
Since launching the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven in 2012, Ooni has grown into an award-winning, multinational company. With products loved by pizza makers worldwide, our mission remains clear: design innovative products that spark joy in our customers. Though we’ve accomplished much, we’re just getting started—and we need phenomenal talent to drive our next chapter.
About the Role
We’re seeking a Go To Market Project Manager to join our Category Management team. This is a hybrid role, working 3 days per week from our offices in Edinburgh or Broxburn.
If you thrive on organisation, strategic execution, and leading product launches from initiation to completion, then this could be your next challenge. You’ll play a critical role at the heart of new product rollouts, campaign coordination, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Project Orchestration & Delivery
- Initiate & lead GTM projects, guiding everything from product introductions through "Go-Live" and post-launch reviews.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, mapping out every milestone across Marketing, Category, and Creative teams.
- Manage global launches, ensuring UK, US, and international teams are aligned on timelines, activities, and messaging.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
