Project Manager

Healthcare Communications Agency

Cambridge | Hybrid Working | £35,000–£38,000 DOE

We will consider remote for exceptional candidates

The Fix Creative is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established, award-winning healthcare communications agency for an experienced Project Manager to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering projects, building strong client relationships and keeping multiple workstreams moving. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to an exceptional standard, working closely with both clients and internal creative teams.

We’re ideally looking for someone who can commute to the Cambridge office on a hybrid basis.

About the role

This is a replacement role within an established team, offering the chance to take ownership of a varied portfolio of healthcare communications projects.

Although this is very much a Project Management role, you’ll also enjoy building trusted relationships with clients and acting as their day-to-day contact throughout the project lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
