Company Description

At OMS Subsea, we are redefining offshore excellence – meeting the industry’s demand for reliable, high-performance Remotely Operated Vehicle (ROV) systems with precision and purpose.

Backed by over a century of combined experience across our leadership team and a network of expert offshore technicians, we bring together strategic onshore management with hands-on offshore proficiency. This synergy enables us to deliver high-quality project execution – safely, efficiently, and consistently.

Our commitment to client satisfaction drives everything we do. We deploy proven, industry-recognised ROV systems – including Heavy Duty Work Class and agile Observation Class ROVs – to support complex offshore operations worldwide.

From deep water oil and gas exploration to renewable energy installations, construction support, subsea inspections, and survey campaigns, our fleet is ready to meet the demands of any project, anywhere.

Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid ROV Project Manager role based in Aberdeen, although we could be flexible for the right candidate. The ROV Project Manager will support the Operations Director and be responsible for pre-planning, coordination, mobilisation and demobilisation activities with support from Operations, Personnel, and other departments, being accountable for improving project performance, identifying efficiencies, new methods and technologies, and mentoring/managing offshore teams.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
