Up to £85,000 + Excellent Package
We are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established housebuilder, overseeing the successful delivery of a new-build residential development in Keresley, Coventry.
You will not be considered if you haven't worked on new-build housing projects.

The Role
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of a new-build housing development
- Lead and motivate the site team to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget
- Ensure quality standards and NHBC requirements are met
- Coordinate subcontractors and manage programme delivery
- Maintain high standards of health & safety across site
- Liaise with internal teams, clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the new-build housing sector
- Strong track record of delivering residential developments
- Experience managing multiple site teams and subcontractors
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates
- Full UK driving licence
