Project Manager HR Systems Transformation
Role: Project Manager to lead a major HR systems improvement programme for a global charity (~25,000 employees).
About the Role: Following the implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM, the organisation seeks a leader to shape and deliver a roadmap of enhancements across its global workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to identify and prioritise system improvements.
- Build, manage, and drive delivery of the HCM enhancement roadmap and backlog.
- Work alongside internal teams and Oracle Finance transformation partners to refine processes.
- Support a dual Oracle Finance transformation programme.

Requirements:
- They need you to have:
- Experience delivering HR systems transformation projects, including post-implementation efforts.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM (Fusion), Workday, or similar HR SaaS platforms.
- Strong stakeholder management/facilitation and requirements-gathering skills.
- Flair for prioritisation and movement-generating influence across HR and IT teams.
