Lead Transformation. Drive Change. Deliver Impact.
We're partnering with an ambitious, rapidly growing organisation undergoing significant transformation across its people, processes and technology. With major strategic initiatives underway, we're looking for an experienced Project Manager who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys bringing clarity, structure and energy to complex change.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of a well-established business that is investing heavily in transformation, modernisation and continuous improvement.
You'll be responsible for delivering multiple business-critical projects, working across business and technology teams to ensure successful outcomes while building strong stakeholder relationships at every level.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, leading through ambiguity and bringing people together to deliver change, we'd love to hear from you.
The Opportunity
This is a varied role where no two projects are the same.
You'll be responsible for managing projects from initiation through to delivery, ensuring they remain on track, within budget and aligned to strategic business objectives.
Working across business, technology and third-party suppliers, you'll provide leadership, governance and structure while maintaining a collaborative and positive approach that inspires confidence across the organisation.
The environment is fast-moving, evolving and highly collaborative, making it ideal for someone who enjoys working at pace and helping organisations navigate change.

Iβm in my final year doing Economics and I donβt know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer β it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) donβt need a masters. Letβs look at the ones youβd be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet β that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
