Project Manager
IT Infrastructure Project Manager – Global Insurance (Contract)
A critical role managing end-to-end IT infrastructure projects for a global insurance business, with the ability to take over mid-flight projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead medium-to-large IT projects/workstreams, defining scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Partner with sponsors to develop business cases, outlining outcomes, benefits, and success measures
- Manage budgets, risks, issues, and resources (including third-party vendors)
- Ensure deliverables encompass technical execution, business change, training, and service integration
- Closer projects and capture lessons learned for future improvements

Required Skills & Experience
- Strong project management experience across Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with proficiency in tools like Jira
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects effectively
- Expertise in governance, risk, and budget control
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement, balancing between technical detail and high-level business communication
- Resilience in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
