Location: Farnborough, Hampshire, GU14 8FF - Hybrid Remote Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 dependant on experience. Hours: Full-Time / Permanent, Start Date: Immediate At Tecna, we’re expanding, and we’re on the lookout for talented Project Managers to join our dynamic Projects team at our Farnborough headquarters. As a Project Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with our Technical Designers and Operations team to bring stunning exhibition displays to life. Using designs from our Creative and Sales teams, you’ll manage the client's journey with Tecna, ordering parts and materials, booking labour and amenities and ensuring a smooth seamless delivery for our clients. What You'll Do: Work alongside Technical Designers to ensure all technical drawings, pick-lists, and cut-files are produced on-time. Liaise with our key suppliers and in-house procurement team to ensure all framework, graphics and amenities are ordered on-time in the most cost-effective manner. Liaise with the Operations team to ensure all displays are pre-built, installed and dismantled on-time and to spec. Gather all necessary information and input this into our CRM systems. Attend site regularly to oversee project delivery and perform handovers with clients. Protect and report on profit margins, ensuring we are as cost-effective as possible whilst also highlighting areas for improvement in the future. Ensure the client has a worry-free, enjoyable, faultless experience with Tecna that leaves them excited to work with us again! What We're Looking For: Great organisational skills, multi-tasking skills, and a sense of urgency Previous history of using work-management platforms such as Monday.com An ability to use 3D CAD software at a basic level (desirable but not essential, training on SketchUp can be provided) A history of client-management An ability to problem-solve, be reactive, and thrive under pressure An ability to use your own initiative High attention to detail An ability to collaborate effectively within a team Experience in the exhibition industry is preferable, but by no means essential as all training will be provided Perks You’ll Love: Enjoy the convenience of free on-site parking—no more stressful searches for a spot!
