Project Manager I, IPCM (Remote)
Full time, United Kingdom, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Sweden
If you live in the Warsaw area, you will need to work in-office for 50% of working time monthly. If you work in the Kraków and Rzeszów areas, you will need to work in-office at least 1 day per week.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering different types of projects involving (but not limited to) customer implementations and changes as well as agency projects, internal product implementations and core business process changes. You will be the primary role in delivering projects with a medium complexity, which is measured by the scale and scope of the request.
As a Project Manager I, IPCM, you will
- Leverage regional and local resources and resources from the different departments and functions to support projects
- Follow all IPCM procedures and OneTouch Project methodology and reporting
- Manage Project risks
- Meet requirements of CSS IPCM Competency Matrix
- Responsible for local, regional and global project coordination with a broad scope of multi-national countries. Projects may include coordination of multiple countries at the same time
- Understand client reporting requirements and data flows, Agency Operations end to end processes and resource and peer collaboration across functional teams
- Utilize proven project management methodology, tools and processes (PMP, OPPM, Prince2, Six Sigma) to scope, plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor and control projects

- Proven experience in Project Management role
- General to strong working knowledge of travel industry
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Good technical skills in GDS preferred
- Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP or equivalent) will be a plus

At BCD Travel, we value you—our culture and success are defined by our people. We carefully consider a wide range of objective, gender‑neutral compensation factors, including professional background, skills, experience, and role scope.
This position is advertised across multiple European locations. The expected annual gross salary ranges by country are as follows:
- Spain: 39,500 - 41,000 EUR
- Poland: 130,000 - 140,000 PLN
- Sweden: 640,000 - 650,000 SEK
The final salary offered will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications, experience, and location, and will be determined in line with internal equity.
