Event Producer – Award-Winning Live Experience Agency | London

EVENT PROJECT MANAGER, PROJECT LEAD, EVENTS LEAD

Are you an experienced Event Producer OR Event Project Manager looking to join a creative, ambitious agency delivering standout live experiences for some of the world’s biggest brands?

We’re working with an award-winning London-based live experience agency creating everything from large-scale global summits and conferences to intimate, high-impact brand experiences.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a talented Live team where you’ll take ownership of complex projects, working across creative, production, technical and operational teams to bring ambitious ideas to life.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end event delivery from initial brief through to onsite execution and debrief
  • Managing complex projects, timelines, budgets and supplier relationships
  • Translating creative concepts into practical event solutions
  • Collaborating with internal teams, clients, venues and production partners
  • Managing production requirements, AV, content, branding and onsite delivery
  • Supporting venue sourcing, negotiations, contracts and supplier management
  • Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted partner throughout projects
  • Leading project teams and supporting junior team members

  • Is confident managing client relationships and complex live projects

  • Has a passion for creativity, design, culture and exceptional experiences
