Overview
We are partnering with a global insurance organisation undergoing a significant IT transformation and are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in insurance core systems, ideally IDIT or Guidewire.
This role will be critical in driving delivery across complex workstreams within a high-profile transformation programme.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take ownership of delivery across key programme components, ensuring alignment between business and technology teams, managing risk, and driving successful outcomes in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of insurance transformation projects, with a focus on core systems implementation
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including business, IT, vendors, and third parties
- Provide clear reporting, risk management, and escalation handling
- Ensure alignment to programme objectives and regulatory requirements
- Drive stakeholder engagement across all levels of the organisation

Required Experience
- Proven experience delivering insurance transformation projects
- Strong exposure to Guidewire or IDIT platforms (IDIT preferred)
- Experience managing complex, multi-stream projects in an Agile or hybrid environment
- Strong understanding of insurance operations (Policy, Claims, Billing)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Desirable
- Experience working on large-scale system implementations or migrations
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
- Background in consulting or working with system integrators
