Project Manager
Project Manager – Manchester Infrastructure

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our growing Manchester Infrastructure team, supporting a diverse portfolio of construction infrastructure projects and programmes across the North West of England.
This fast-paced role is ideal for Project Managers with expertise in rail, water/utilities, or highways, particularly those familiar with NEC accreditation.
Our Project Managers handle projects ranging from:
- £1m (smaller commissions)
- Up to £10m (primary management role)
- Larger programmes when in a support capacity

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Leading end-to-end Project Management Commissions, ensuring client objectives are met against time, cost, and quality targets
- Supporting major projects by managing specific service delivery aspects
- Facilitating client transitions to Net Zero and sustainability initiatives
- Collaborating closely with stakeholders to turn challenges into success
Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified in a construction-related field
- Preferred qualifications: Chartered status or membership with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.
- NEC accreditation is a strong advantage
- Proven experience in rail, utilities, or highways environments
