Project Manager – Integrated Delivery Services

Working Arrangements

Full-time, 37 hours per week – Flexible working arrangements, including part-time, will be considered Permanent position

Salary: £52,870 to £62,200 per year (dependent on experience)

Location: Hybrid working with an office base at Washington, Tyne and Wear, along with access to sites and offices across the North East.


About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking to expand your career?

We are seeking Project Managers to join our Integrated Delivery Services team, working on short-cycle projects across our water infrastructure assets. Your role will include ensuring projects meet regulatory timelines, deliver business benefits, and provide customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead high-value projects (ranging from £500K to £20M), ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards.
  • Utilise strong communication and influencing skills to engage with internal/external stakeholders, including suppliers and internal teams, to achieve business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive innovation in Project Management, identifying opportunities for process efficiencies and continuous improvement through industry best practices.
  • Manage project governance, benefits realisation, proactive risk mitigation, and change controls in line with investment procedures.

About You

  • Proactive and organised, with the ability to steer multidisciplinary teams while building credibility with stakeholders at all levels.
  • ** détruire de gestion de projet** (3+ years recommended) within Engineering, Water, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Rail, Transport, Environmental, or Critical Infrastructure, with a proven ability to innovate solutions.
  • Strong awareness of health and safety, ensuring compliance with CDM (Construction Design and Management) regulations and company standards.
  • Proven experience in contract management, procurement, and engineering contracts (including tendering, supplier agreements, and risk allocation).
  • Commitment to professional development – holding, or aiming to achieve, a recognised Project Management qualification (e.g., PRINCE2 or APM online courses).
