Project Manager - Interactive Response Technology (IRT)

About the Role
We’re seeking an organised, detail-oriented and hardworking Project Manager with a deep understanding of Interactive Response Technology (IRT) and/or IT System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes to progress and support IRT system activities from award to closeout.
Key Responsibilities
You will:
- Build relationships both internally and externally, driving IRT activities across multiple studies while maintaining timelines and budget adherence.
- Facilitate meetings, manage timelines, provide input on requirement designs and budget control.
- Acts as a proactive communicator, engaging with key stakeholders including sponsors while identifying risks and creating appropriate action plans.
- Provide detailed oversight of all activities—including data changes and system updates—during the maintenance phase.
- Be a critical thinker and negotiator, adept at balancing multiple priorities and effectively engaging with clients.

Requirements & Experience
Essential:
- A minimum Bachelor’s degree (in a related field preferred).
- 2+ years’ experience in Clinical Research or IRT services.
- 4+ years’ Project Management experience.
- Fluency in Microsoft products and software.
- Willingness to travel (minimum 10%).
- Optional work-from-home opportunities considered, based on experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with SDLC methodologies and IRT conventions.
