As our transformation practice continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex business transformation programmes for our customers across Finance, Human Resources and wider business operations.

This is a client-facing leadership role requiring an individual who can engage confidently with senior stakeholders, shape transformation initiatives, manage delivery teams and ensure successful business outcomes.

The Role

The Project Manager will be responsible for leading strategic transformation programmes from mobilisation through to successful delivery. Working alongside customer leadership teams, consultants, solution specialists and delivery partners, you will ensure programmes are delivered in line with agreed objectives, budgets and timescales.

The role requires someone who can balance strategic thinking with hands-on programme leadership, whilst maintaining strong relationships with senior stakeholders and delivery teams.

You will work across multiple industries and transformation initiatives, helping organisations improve business processes, governance, operating models and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Programme Leadership

  • Lead large-scale transformation programmes and strategic projects across Finance, HR and business operations.
  • Develop programme structures, delivery plans, governance frameworks and implementation approaches.
  • Manage multiple workstreams and interdependencies across customer organisations.
  • Drive programme mobilisation activities and establish strong foundations for successful delivery.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned to customer objectives and business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
