Major Players Partnership Opportunity

Major Players are partnering with an established social native creative agency operating at the intersection of creativity, technology, and culture, who are looking to bring onboard a Project Manager.

The Project Manager will be the backbone of a major FMCG client account, acting as the connection between the internal team, the agency, and the client. The role ensures work is delivered on time and within budget, working alongside an Editorial Lead, Producers, Designers, Motion Designers, Media Managers, and Community Managers to run always-on content calendars for several well-known confectionery/snacking brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee multiple projects across various clients through all phases, from briefing to delivery. Manage a multi-disciplinary team of creatives and strategists, planning their time and tasks.
  • Planning: build internal and external planning sheets, follow up and adjust plans as needed, and maintain status overviews to track progress.
  • Leading a team: schedule and check in with creatives, brief teams, manage planning and trafficking, give feedback, and keep team morale high.
  • Quality assurance: check that delivered work is on-brief, adheres to agreed client terms, and meets required specs and formats; plan review sessions.
  • Servicing clients: provide status updates, plan review meetings, ensure the client supplies information on time, liaise between the creative team and client to resolve questions, and build strong client relationships.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
