Project Manager

You’ll play a pivotal role in complex HubSpot CRM implementations, large website builds or marketing campaign implementations. You’ll cover the full project lifecycle for a wide range of clients.

You’ll know CRMs. You’ll ask questions that matter. You’ll identify and solve project blockers so we can deliver on time and to budget.

You’ll work as a specialist for one of only a handful of global Elite HubSpot partners.

This job’s for you if you:

  • Enjoy lists. Be a completer/finisher. Thrive on keeping everyone on track to deliver within a framework.
  • Understand the importance of communicating with all relevant stakeholders on our progress.
  • Immerse yourself in our systems and processes so you can be the expert for our clients.
  • Are curious and inquisitive about web and software development.
  • And keeping a beady eye on the budget at all times.

Are so interested in project management you have a formal qualification like Prince II or PMP.

You’ll be free to work your way

  • Work flexible hours at home and at the office.
  • You’ll get half a day each week to level up your skills and £650 a year to spend on your mental wellbeing.
  • After five years, you’ll get a month-long, paid sabbatical.

Job Description

Project Manager

You’ll be responsible for the success of your projects. So, you’ll:

  • Provide leadership in the initiation, definition, execution and closure of HubSpot projects
  • Follow our PM framework and ensure everyone else does
  • Report on progress to everyone who needs to hear it
  • Keep everyone to budget
  • Be prepared to recommend and manage changes as required
  • Be working in an agile, high pressured agency environment
  • Get to know different clients, ask insightful questions and build strong relationships
  • Be curious about the latest HubSpot features and the wider industry
  • Build and manage projects within our project management system
  • Share your knowledge with your clients, colleagues, and our community
  • Support the teams around you, from client delivery to sales.

On any given day, you might:

  • Work with a client to understand their problems, explore their goals and run through what solutions are available to them
  • PM the scoping, design or build of client solutions
  • Find answers to technical questions and coordinate solutions
  • Pulling together project plans with clear deadlines
  • Attendance at resourcing calls to support with forecasting capacity, gaps and align on team allocations with project needs
  • Working with consultants to find the best solution to meet client needs
  • Leading inspiring in-person workshops
  • Being prepared to think outside the box.

You’ll need client-facing experience in managing projects, client expectations, and results. You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills. And an eye for detail.
