Position Summary

Responsibilities include ensuring project health by aligning with stakeholders, delivering on scope, schedule, and budget, and coordinating with team members. May manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities
To perform the job successfully, the Project Manager II must execute all essential duties proficiently. Additional assignments may be given at the discretion of executive management.
Key Responsibilities

Define and document scope:
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders.
- Document and manage requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Risk, issue, and change management:
- Identify and assess risks.
- Monitor and resolve issues.

Team coordination:
- Communicate regularly with team members to ensure on-track task completion.

Project planning & oversight:
- Develop detailed schedules, resource allocation plans, and budgets (collaborating with Finance, management, and stakeholders).
- Track progress against project plans.

Reporting and stakeholder communication:
- Provide monthly/bi-weekly status updates (formal reports + ad-hoc communication).
- Present progress, issues, risks, and objectives to team, leadership, and clients.
- Draft regular status reports.

Continuous improvement & process enhancement:
- Assess and improve the organization’s project management standards.

Financial monitoring:
- Track actual hours and costs against budgets.
- Report budget variances and financial health.

Client and cross-team collaboration:
- Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders.
Education and Experience Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven project management expertise (alternative: relevant implementation experience).
- Preferred but not mandatory:
- Experience with distributed teams.
- Proficiency in fast-paced, high-effort environments.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
