We are seeking an experienced Project Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver construction and refurbishment projects from inception to completion across all RIBA Plan of Work stages (0–7).

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple refurbishment and improvement projects (typically £5k–£500k).
- Develop project briefs and liaise with client departments and stakeholders.
- Coordinate consultants, designers and contractors.
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, Planning requirements and CDM Regulations.
- Support procurement, tendering and contractor selection.
- Monitor site progress, quality, programme and budget.
- Chair project meetings and manage project risks, changes and reporting.
- Oversee project handover, defects management and post-completion activities.

Essential Requirements
- Experience delivering construction or refurbishment projects through multiple RIBA stages.
- Strong knowledge of building construction, refurbishment and technical detailing.
- Proficient in CAD and specification writing (NBS or similar).
- Understanding of procurement, contract administration, Building Regulations and CDM.
- Excellent organisational, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Full UK driving licence.

The role is supported by an in-house Quantity Surveying team providing cost planning, procurement and contract administration expertise, alongside technical support from the wider Design Services team and specialist consultants.
