Project Manager

A leading construction consultancy in London is looking for a Project Manager based on a permanent basis, to join its established project management team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with experience delivering projects across a range of sectors, including commercial, residential, high-end fit-out, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.

The successful Project Manager will join an ambitious consultancy with the opportunity to help shape future project delivery as the London workload expands.

Flexible working is available.

The Project Manager’s role

The Project Manager will lead projects through feasibility, design development, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, designers, consultants, and contractors.

The Project Manager will manage programmes, budgets, procurement, consultant teams, and stakeholder relationships, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality. They will also support client communication, project reporting, and the delivery of larger, more complex commissions.

The Project Manager

The successful Project Manager will have:

  • Previous experience working within a construction consultancy environment
  • Experience delivering projects across one or more sectors, including commercial, residential, high-end fit-out, hospitality, or mixed-use developments
  • Experience delivering projects through pre-contract and post-contract stages
  • A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, or a related discipline
  • MRICS, MAPM or progress towards a relevant professional qualification
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts and construction procurement
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills
  • An ambition for a full-time/permanent role
