Are you ready to lead projects that genuinely matter, where safety, quality, and delivery are not just priorities but expectations?

This is an 18 months fixed term contract opportunity to take ownership of key work within a major transformation programme, shaping how projects are delivered in a highly regulated environment.

You will join a team where your decisions have visible impact. From planning through to delivery, your role will influence outcomes across safety, cost, and performance. It is a position that offers both challenge and variety, giving you the chance to lead teams, improve processes, and contribute to stronger, more efficient project delivery.

What Will You Be Doing

You will take full responsibility for delivering projects or key segments of larger programmes, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will provide clear direction, maintain momentum, and keep delivery aligned with business and regulatory expectations.

Day to day, you will balance planning with action. That means monitoring performance, managing risks, and adjusting course where needed to keep projects on track. You will also play a key role in strengthening project delivery by applying lessons learned and improving ways of working across the programme.

  • Lead project delivery across scope, schedule, cost, and quality
  • Manage project risks, interfaces, and stakeholder relationships
  • Build and guide multi-disciplinary teams to achieve shared goals
  • Oversee budgets, reporting, and compliance with company standards

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
