About the Role
Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £7 million luxury residential refurbishment in Central London.
Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for managing the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, budget, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of a £7 million super prime residential refurbishment from start to completion.
- Manage all aspects of project delivery, including programme, cost, quality, and risk.
- Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and specialist trades.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
- Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Drive health, safety, and compliance across site operations.
- Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues as they arise.

About You
- Minimum of five years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
- Proven experience delivering super prime or high-end residential refurbishment projects.
- Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and programme management.
- Proficient in Procore and confident using construction management software.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress within a growing business.
Desirable
- Trade background with a practical understanding of construction.
- Experience managing projects valued between £5 million and £15 million.
