About the Company

Our client is an established super prime residential main contractor specialising in the delivery of exceptional luxury refurbishments across London. Working from concept through to completion, they provide design coordination, project management, construction, bespoke joinery, and comprehensive aftercare, earning an outstanding reputation for quality, craftsmanship, and client service.

With an annual turnover in excess of £15 million and a strong secured pipeline of prestigious projects, they continue to grow while maintaining a collaborative, quality-first culture.

About the Role

Due to continued growth, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £7 million luxury residential refurbishment in Central London.

Reporting directly to the Construction Director, you will take full responsibility for managing the project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring programme, quality, budget, and client expectations are consistently exceeded.

This role would suit an ambitious Project Manager looking to further their career within one of London's leading super prime residential contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of a £7 million super prime residential refurbishment from start to completion.
  • Manage all aspects of project delivery, including programme, cost, quality, and risk.
  • Coordinate design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and specialist trades.
  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish.
  • Monitor project progress, reporting regularly to senior management.
  • Drive health, safety, and compliance across site operations.
  • Lead project meetings and resolve technical and commercial issues as they arise.

About You

  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Construction Project Manager.
  • Proven experience delivering super prime or high-end residential refurbishment projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing, and programme management.
  • Proficient in Procore and confident using construction management software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to progress within a growing business.

Desirable

  • Trade background with a practical understanding of construction.
  • Experience managing projects valued between £5 million and £15 million.
