About the Role
Hands-On, End-to-End Project Leadership
We are seeking a dynamic Delivery-Focused Project Manager to step into full ownership of high-impact, complex projects—from the first concept to full implementation. This is a high-impact role that demands proactive ownership, accountability for outcomes, and the ability to independently manage large budgets and cross-department interfaces.
Core Responsibilities:
You'll drive a full project lifecycle while balancing scalability and precision:

Strategic Vision and Execution
- Shape and champion project proposals from idea to business justification, ensuring clear value alignment with stakeholder objectives.
- Translate business needs into efficient scope definitions, delivery roadmaps, and measurable benefits realisation.

Ownership of Delivery & Operational Excellence
- Develop and apply structured project methodologies (PRINCE2, APM, or PMI frameworks are desirable) to streamline processes, track risks, and maintain immaculate documentation—budgets, timelines, and dependency analysis.
- Take accountability for -Team KPIs, resource allocation, and quality assurance, while proactively mitigating dependencies and delays.

- Steer projects toward onerous but critical launch stages, ensuring a seamless transition from development via a robust migration, training, and delivery rollout.
About You

Experience & Skills:

Project Delivery Mastery
- Proven ability to drive complex, large-scale projects with multi-million budgets—toetos—while independently guiding scope changes and decision-making.

Financial Acumen
- Demonstrable track record of budget forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and forecasting delivery timelines under pressure.

Methodological Rigour
- Certified knowledge of structured project management frameworks (e.g., PRINCE2, PMBOK 6th Edition, APM) is a preference.

Stakeholder & Communication Alchemy
- Tailored rapport-building skills capable of managing expectations across senior management, diverse teams, and external stakeholders.
- An instinct for proactive communication to navigate ambiguity and escalate judiciously.

Operational Tact & Adaptability
- Thrives in fast-paced environments with fluid precedents. Able to trade-off risk against opportunity and recalibrate strategies swiftly when required.
